Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoGreen Marketing AI, a product of Go Green Paperless Initiative ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

GoGreen Marketing AI is an AI-powered unified marketing operating system that provides SEO intelligence, social media management, content creation, email marketing, video production, and analytics capabilities. The platform is delivered as a desktop application with cloud-based backend services. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity per account; accounts cannot be shared
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates social media platform policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform beyond the provided API
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates applicable laws
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention or abuse

Subscription and Payment

Plans: We offer Free, Pro ($79/month), Business ($199/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least one billing cycle after notification.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using our platform, including marketing copy, social media posts, video projects, and campaign materials. You grant us a license to store and process this content solely to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs is owned by you. However, AI outputs may be similar to content generated for other users given similar inputs. We make no guarantee of uniqueness.

Our Platform: GoGreen Marketing AI, including its code, design, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Go Green Paperless Initiative. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

Social Media Integration

When you connect social media accounts to our platform, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through our platform complies with each social media platform's terms of service and community guidelines. We are not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts as a result of content published through our service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All workspace data is isolated per tenant — your data is never accessible by other users. We implement AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens and industry-standard security measures throughout the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Green Paperless Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes but is not limited to: failed social media posts, inaccurate AI recommendations, SEO ranking changes, or temporary service unavailability.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee: specific SEO ranking improvements, social media engagement outcomes, AI output accuracy or uniqueness, or uninterrupted service availability. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your workspace data will be permanently deleted. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform's billing settings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
